We only had one question. The windows are nice but the felt on the side of them has a black strip and it looks like a crack. It needs to be white felt.
Everything was great. Sat with the whole project.
Very please with the installation and quality of the door.
We had blinds in the old windows we had but apparently, those blinds don't fit and Champion don't sell blinds. That's the only issue because I just wasn't aware that I couldn't get blinds from them that would fit the product. Other than that everything looks good.
We are totally satisfied with the product.
Ours sales specialist, David Schwab, was great. Our installation crews (2 of them) were also very good. The office, however, could have been a little more proactive on communication when 2nd crew was running behind. We are extremely happy with our windows and doors.
