This is my third time using champion and this time they didn't measure one of my big windows accurately resulting in having to order. One to the smaller windows had an etch in it, They examined it and said it would be reordered and should be in November 2nd, per Jeremy. However, On October 16th the larger window was installed and I asked what was the status on the smaller window. I received a different answer this time a work order was put in to replace the glass.
