I would highly recommend both the product and the installation. However the length of time it took between ordering and installation was WAY too long. It also took many phone calls to even get somebody to respond and even then they did they didn't have any answers. We originally purchased 11 windows approx. 6 years ago and our experience was totally different and we were very satisfied. That is why we didn't even shop for having the last 5 windows done. The only issues we had with Champion Window was that one of the windows arrived broken.
The completion of the job was great…..however wait time was excruciating. 9 months from contract to completion on a job that could have been 1 day if all plans had been coordinated prior to arrival. It was a bit much! We are very happy with the outcome!
It was a little rocky to actually get the windows placed after what all the sales people had agreed was an easy installation.
Everyone from the sales to installers were awesome!
So much turnover in installation manager and poor communication made it super frustrating.
The quality of work was good, but it took forever. It took almost 10 months.
I had some problems with the service crew, but I know they changed.
They were very courteous. They stand by their product.
