They replaced a window that a neighbor's child shot a hole in a few months after the installation for free. A contractor busted a tab off one window that made it open to the inside. They replaced that for free, as well as a broken window during installation. They have done what they said they'd do. I'm happy with my windows!

Sales and Installation was our best experience. Scheduling for measurements and installation by customer service needs some improvement. As we were trying to make sure we were making arrangements ahead of time with our employer to be here. And we were getting calls and texts from different people trying to set up different times. Confusing
You could tell that the men installing the windows were very experienced. Went right to work and when they were done they cleaned everything up. I was very impressed.
Everything was good except for the financing, which was bad.
