The initial sales presentation was effective. Timelines were good . Quality of the product was not up to my expectations. I feel I could have gotten this quality at a hardware store.
I absolutely will recommend Champion. The quality of the windows is great. I was very happy with the service and installation, and my sales person was awesome.

Champion did a fantastic job on our windows. The entire staff was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our installation person did an awesome job and we couldn’t be more happy with his work.
They did a wonderful job. I am only waiting for the electric part to be done.
They were efficient, but timeliness was lacking. I bought multiple windows and switched out one of them for a different window. I was charged for the window that I did not get and the one I switched to. I have not received a reconciliation for this.
The sales man was great. He took the time to show me all the best features of the windows. Explain the quality of the glass. The installers were awesome as well. They came out the 1st time to install the windows, but couldn't because the measurement sent in were wrong. They came out on a Saturday for me and I took that Monday off with vacation time.
