Rick was our salesperson, he was very knowledgeable, professional, precise, and to the point. The installation crew was on time, they did work in a timely manner, and were very helpful. They answered any questions that we had. We are very proud of the product and it's great to look out the windows. The windows are beautiful.

We had a problem with the installation of the door from the get-go. The computer was down, and the door had to be made an inch and a half longer. We had to wait for the approval of the construction manager for them to tear down the wall and move the door. They claimed their mistake, and they took care of it. He gave us a larger door where it was supposed to be, and moved the other door to the other end. The overall experience has been right on target, I'd say. Poor customer service. When our order was not constructed correctly due to champions mistake, we were treated as if we were the problem. We spoke to 4 employees and all were defensive and had no compassion. We were told, “We are human and make mistake.” When we asked to cancel the order, we were told, “a car dealership isn’t going to let you return a car if you find a scratch on it.” It was awful.
