the person sent out to measure windows did not measure for pre-framed windows, so now all the installed windows leak air badly and since the last snowfall, we've had snow blowing inside the home.

I should have known when the quote $23000 for 6 windows and a sliding glass door and they asked what i would be comfortable with? We agreed at just over $16000. Your company stalled on starting my windows and sliding door for 7 plus weeks. Your company finally reached out and said they were waiting on HOA approval in writing. I gave the verbal approval from my HOA president to the sales person the day I purchased and put a down payment of over $5000. I ordered two sliding doors with blinds. The last one was delivered Dec. 18, and the screen is not working. The trim they used inside is white and my woodwork is brown. So it still isn't finished.

Good service and quality but awful expensive. Supposed to buy 2 windows get 2 free. That would mean that 1 window costs $3,000.??? The windows they did were a necessity, so didn’t have a choice. I will shop around for my other ones.

One window broke during install. Company more interested in me signing legal document saying I was satisfied (when I’m not yet) than fixing window. Says fix is ordered in rush but timeline for rush exact same as original timeline. No follow up’s from company for a week following issue and when they did, only interested in me signing legal completion doc.

The doors were not built correctly. Now waiting for news one to be built. The installation took much longer than we were told because essential hardware was not sent. Front of the house was open to the outdoors for over 4 hours when the temperature was in the low 50’s. Then, Champion had the nerve to call requesting final payment.
