They had to come and go a few times for one specific thing. One time they didn't bring the right shingles, and another time they didn't continue to work due to rain. It wasn't always their problem, but it felt like it was going on too much.

Windows were ahead of schedule
We had a great experience with Larry. Although we did have a troublesome window that required 2 or 3 amendments and was still not made correctly. The installers did a good job and created an additional work order for the troublesome window but 3 weeks later haven't heard about the replacement window.
