They did a great job. 10/10 in my opinion, so far. Everything was great.
The windows are great. The customer service was not. The salesman, John Noonan, needs to be fired.
These are the best-quality windows I looked at. I couldn't be happier with the final products.
Overall the experience has been good. One of the windows is missing a lock, supposedly there's a service ticket in for that. The front door came with a big gash in it, but they installed and ordered a new slab. The door doesn't hold shut unless the bolt is engaged. Hopefully that is something they'll fix when they bring the new slab.
My new windows are awesome! I love having the option of opening them to enjoy the great Colorado weather!
