Went well. No pressure to buy at all. The salesman even provided us with a suggestion about not replacing one window (we will have it sealed and dry wall over it instead since it's not really usable. Follow-up with the office staff to schedule all necessary pre-work was as expected. When it came time to the installation, the 2 men were professional and completed the work faster than anticipated. <br />

They did a really good job on the window. It was a small window and we felt it was really expensive for what it was. There was some confusion on our original appt date but they handled it in stride and rescheduled. they were there on time and completed the work quickly. <br />

There was no follow up with the salesperson. He failed to note some of my request on the order. Installation went well. They did send a person out to fix the mistakes of the salesperson. The company itself was great to work with and stands by its product. <br />

When we saw ice forming on the inside of some of our windows we knew it was time to get them replaced. We got a sliding glass door, a bay window, and two bedroom windows. We decided to use Champion because we heard good things from friends and family, and we were impressed with the quality of the product. We just got them installed today, and already the house is quieter and warmer in just 30 minutes since they left.
