I was very pleased with it. I found them through a home show. They do windows and sunrooms. It's good quality work all away around for the components itself, the workmanship, the follow-up and everything. My cat decided to get into a fight with a cat outside and they came and replaced the screens to my doors with no problem at all. I'm just very pleased with the company.
Didn't buy. I thought they were too highly priced.
What I disliked was the knowledge of the salesperson. I think they were overpriced and I don't think we did our due diligence in shopping as we should have. I don't think they were very competitive. The windows are nice; they saved us some money and energy.

Bruce from Champion Window was very upfront in letting us know that it wouldn't be cost effective to use their company for the work we needed to have done. They provide a very high quality product that makes more sense when having multiple windows installed and we needed more of a builder grade window to help meet the agreements in our home sale. Received quotes from 5 window replacement companies including Pella, Anderson and Home Depot. All came with their display windows and examples of what made them the best. All were .energy star compliant, double pane and U factor between 0.28 & 0.32. <br /> Needed to replace 8 windows of various sizes and replaced a French patio door for a sliding one. All werevinyl. The process went very smoothly. We met with the sales rep on 04/30. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and worked with us to get the best deal. About a week or so later we had someone show up to take measurements. The guy was in and out in less than 10 minutes. HE WAS VER PERSONABLE, ATTENTIVE. HE CAME WITH ALL HIS DEMOS DID DETAIL DEMONSTRATIONS, WENT OVER THE PRICE & LET ME KNOW THERE WAS A DISCOUNT FOR EACH WINDOW OFFERED BY ANGIE'S LIST. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE $500 DISCOUNT FOR MY 2 WINDOWS WHICH HELP ME BRING DOWN THE PRICE. THIS WAS DOWN WITH MINIMAL HASSLE & TIME.
It was a very impressive demo of Champion's windows the sale guy gave me. I really liked their products as a result of the demo. The sales guy was friendly and patient. He didn't push me into signing the contract or anything. I felt comfortable chatting with him. <br />
