The windows were great and met my expectations.
Price seemed right after the promotion that I purchased during. Quality is definitely there after installation, have been enjoying a drastic difference in sound and temperature regulation. The installation crew was professional, skilled, efficient, and really made sure the trimming and caulking looked good. Sales rep was responsive and had good ideas too for my particular install on options that got me more window area for less money.

Champion was responsive and the representative always returned my calls. Because I was able to get a response whenever I called, I was very satisfied with Champion. I received two estimates and Champion, by far was the best. I am very pleased with my (BAY) windows. One was broken and the delivery guys immediately brought it to my attention, took pictures and gave me an approximate time of delivery. the process was easy but took a long time before the windows were installed
They have great service and quality products.
I thought they did a good job on my window installation.
They were efficient. It was 5 degrees outside, and I let them know they could do it another day since it was cold and there was about a foot of snow on the roof. They ended up clearing the snow off the roof and getting the job done that day. They were professional and determined.
