From the salesman to the person who measured our windows ,to the installer, all of the Champion people were prompt and pleasant to deal with. The person who measured our windows pointed out that we could save several hundred dollars by changing two transom windows into one transom window. Overall the experience was very good. The estimator was helpful, patient and thorough in demoing the products and helping us determine the best style of window for our situation. The installers were on-time, professional and very efficient. The work site was kept clean and they gave a nice demonstration of features after the windows were installed. <br />

Their service was absolutely excellent. I cannot think of anything to complain about. The quality of the windows is really good and we noticed a difference immediately after the installation. We use to feel a draft coming through our windows and now with the new windows the draft is gone and it is very comfortable in our home.

We were very pleased with them during the initial sales proposal, during the installation, and with repair work that they did as well. We have recommended them to other people and would definitely use them in the future.

We are very satisfied. They went above and beyond with the work. He was very meticulous as he wore booties in the house and vacuumed after doing the windows which was nice. We could tell an immediate difference with the windows blocking the heat.

It was great. The sales pitch was a little long. The people who installed the windows were great. They did it fast. They installed them in one day. They were very clean. I would definitely use them again. They're good quality windows.

<p>I was very pleased with the entire experience! The sales agent gave an estimate that was exact to the last penny. The office staff were courteous, professional, and very easy to get ahold of. None of the nonsence some companies do with automated messages. When you call Champion you talk to a person, every time. The installers were very professional, courteous and extremely hard working. Our house was built in 1993. The construction windows were so terrible that a class action suit was filed. Even though they were more expensive, we chose Champion to replace our windows because they were manufactured in this area, or in a climate similar to here. Also, and perhaps more importantly, Champion offered a lifetime guarantee of its product. Because we live on a golf course, this seemed rational, and, over the life of our house, very economical.
