From Joe who manage our front door order to John the installer of the door, we were pleased with everything. The exception to this was the big delay, which was the factory's fault.
Happy about window quality and instal crew quality of work, just not happy with scheduling and keep notified about what was up with install date.

I think that they're customer service is good. I am a little dissatisfied with the follow up regarding the installation of the final window. I had eleven windows ordered and one of them was damaged when it arrived to my property. They had to put the order in for the new window. They did tell me that there would be a delay due to all of the orders going out. This took place in March. I have called and left messages. I have not received a call back to let me know when the last window will be installed.
I am very pleased with the windows and can tell they are a good quality window.
Already recommended to my condo HOA
The guys didn't come @ the scheduled time that they were supposed to show up...had to wait an extra week because of this inconvenience...
Windows were installed within the time frame that was given during ordering process (10-12 weeks). Had logistic issues with the screens ( those were installed 3 weeks after the windows). The windows do get compliments from the neighbors.....and the windows do make a big difference in the appearance...
From salesperson John Noonan, lead installer Aaron, to the office scheduler everyone was friendly and did their job very well.
