I like the timely way that the installer did the work.
The head installer made sure that the job was installed perfectly. The crew did a really nice job. The quality of the windows is just excellent! They are easy to operate, energy-efficient, and keep the heat out, so I am really happy with everything about the windows, the installation, the quality, the office staff that ordered the windows, everything!
Their products are high quality that they stand behind. Many years after we had windows and siding installed, they came back to replace/repair. I added a front door w/storm door, sliding glass door w/ dog door and a back window. Everything was done quickly and well. There are no middle people, so everything gets done to a high standard since they manufacture their product right here. I love Champion Windows.
Even with COVID-19 we loved the way Champion worked with us via the computer to choose our windows virtually while we discussed window options with their representative. The 3-D model they made of our home made it exciting to see our home with different colors and style of windows before we made a decision on which windows we wanted most.
