I needed to replace my old wood frame windows with new, energy efficient ones. I got several bids, and chose Champion based on the reasonable price and promise that they did everything in house, including building the windows to spec and installing them. I did not want to have to deal with a different manufacturer, seller or installer if there were problems. I was also told there would be an on site supervisor to make sure the job got done correctly. Issues were encountered during installation which did not allow windows to be installed. This issue brought to light a problem with a previous install (several years ago) that Champion did. As a result Champion ended up replacing the previously installed windows and fixing <strong>minor</strong> structural issues caused by the previous install and re-doing the windows for thenew install. The windows themselves are fine for the most part, one of them doesn't open easily and one of them doesn't have a flush screen. They are very quick to get you through the sales process and show up, but then the responsiveness after that drops off. The salesman came back to look at the windows and tell me someone would come out to fix the minor issues, tell me to make sure to refer him, then I never heard anything again. <br /> There are two unsatisfactory parts to this experience.
