The company had great customer service and transparent communication.
There were several people building the thing which resulted in some of the door locks and door touches not being even. One guy would put them one way and then another guy would put them the next way or a little lower or higher. It's no big deal just no good workmanship.
Champion Windows was so much better than the other window business I had got a estimate from.
I am pleased with the windows and the installers were very friendly and polite.
Took a long time to get windows. Installers were great, but a few small issues after install.
I am still waiting for a screen door for my slider. They brought the wrong color screen door.
The windows are of very high quality. I have used them over the last 15 years and I have never ben disappointed.
Problems from the start. Salesperson visit was great. 1st scheduled date was delayed by the snow and cold that was predicted the week before. After all the prep for new windows, we had to wait a week with shades and curtains and beds moved for the appointment. Seems that since everyone knew What was coming at least five days before the expected weather arrived that a delayed installation date would have been scheduled.
