The windows are a good design. The customer service is lacking with the office personnel and scheduling is difficult at times.
I can really feel a difference. I can sit here with the heat at 65 degrees, and be comfortable in my home in Michigan in the winter. Those guys were amazing, clean, respectful, and a lot of fun. It took a couple of days because they were doing it in the winter. They worked hard and did well. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Champion is an outstanding company. They have a great quality product. I have them all over my home.
We had a problem with the door, and there was a screw missing. We have been waiting for 3 weeks.
