We have been using Champion Windows for 20 years. Great quality!
The initial date for installation was 12/18. They called and changed it to 12/21 between 8 and 9 AM. Not a problem. At 9:10 I called to find out what is going on. I then indicated that either they were there soon or I will simply cancel the order. He showed up at 9:45. I understand this firm is contracted by Champion. I further learned that the man who showed up was operating solo and without a partner who was a no-show. I felt badly for him. He was a good man, did quality work and left the place clean.
