The people of Champion Windows of GR are/were great. No issues. Read the fine print on the LIFETIME Warranty - that is my only negative - it is not Grand Rapids team though - they were great
. The salesman gave us ideas of the different styles of windows we could use to replace our old windows to not only save money but to enhance the look of our home. The installers were very quick and neat. Were very friendly and helpful.
We have used Champion before and were very satisfied. This is why we decided to contact them again for new windows. Their employees are friendly and knowledgeable. They do excellent work, are on time, and clean up when they’re done. I might add that our order came in weeks ahead of time and we were able to get our windows installed the next day! Happy customers!!
