We waited 6 months to get windows replaced after a deck fire. My husband made numerous phone calls regarding replacement. Calls were never returned but excuses will always provided by the person answering the phone.
It took 15 months from meeting with the sales person to completed install
Product was.not up to previously purchased products
Extensive delay in installation. Required several inquires.
