I am still waiting for Champion Windows of Greensboro to complete the work. They have been here twice.
Staff immediately disappeared after the sale was closed. Install crews, while friendly and polite, do not appear to be skilled enough to install windows without leaving behind quality issues. This has happened between two separate crews. Quality issues were verified by a Champion manager who visited my property after the project "finished". I quote that word because the job is not finished because of the quality issues left behind. Our sale closed in early March. The job hasn't been completed. We have tried to contact Greensboro and no one is in the office. Are they going out of business? We have quit trying to contact them. We haven't finished paying for the windows and will not until the job is completed.
