Champions Windows has great windows, but customer service, installation team, and sales team are all below average.

Everything was good. But the price went up so much that we have to wait for the next 3. Also I see advertising that if you bought 4 windows you get 2 free. We bought 6 and got nothing free. , we got , or said the salesman that we got all the discounts but it was still $2000 more for the 3 news ones compared to the first three a few months back, we might not get the next set with a different company v v

It is now March and I had my windows installed in Sept/Oct timeframe and still do not have any screens not have I heard anything else about them??????

Installers did a very unprofessional job. My windows in my home look terrible.installers worked 10 am to 10 pm. A very long day for me. Returned and day after. I have issued a complaint with Chsmpion.

I am giving them a one because of the subcontractors, not one of them, meet the standards published on their website. The office manager quit during my project. It was to suppose to take 3 days, and it took over a month to complete the job
