I liked the design of the windows and the quality of the product for the money you pay is there. I think that more adjustments on how they bind the two parts of the windows should be made. I am overall happy with the experience and the windows.
The salesman that came was very knowledgable and very courteous. We ordered the door and are extremely happy with our choice. The men that came to install the door were knowledgable about our questions, nice, and did a great job. We are very happy about our experience.
I had the greatest experience with Champion Windows. I can't say enough of the effeciency of the sales rep., the customer service and the installation crew. I have never experienced such a great crew. The sales rep. (Mark) always called me back quickly with any questions I had. The installers, kept my room clean and swept up after it was done. They also made sure they picked up all materials that were outside. I would reccommend Champion Windows to anyone I know that is doing improvements to their home.
The workmanship and the quality of the product are well worth the cost of materials and craftsmanship. This was my second installment with Champion, and to clarify that, I didn't have enough money to put in all the windows at the first installment and had to call them back to do the rest.
The entire process working with Champion Windows was seamless. I didn't have any problems, they met my installation date, and the installation guy was extremely good.
They had excellent sales and office staff. The quality of work was spot on. They were very neat, courteous, and kind. It was a great job overall and I am very happy with the product.
They were very kind, very efficient, cleaned up after themselves, and did a great job. Someone came out because I had some extra questions and spent time answering all of my questions. Once the windows were in, the installer went over everything about the windows including how they locked, tilted in, and could be put part way up.
The phones staff, sales representative, and installation team were all professional in their approach and knowledge of the product. Everyone involved provided a timely, professional, and easy to do timeline for our project.
