I had a signed contract and was totally lied to about the final cost! I will tell friends don’t expect professional and above board business practices. Go elsewhere
Windows were ordered in August and not installed until January. Measurements were wrong, orders were lost and there was no service recovery offered.
JOB NOT DONE YET.
Communication is non existent
Several times they had to come back and re measure the windows before ordering. They also forgot to put order on. Another time the order a window and the installer would not put in because the windows angle was not correct.
