the sales person that came to see us initially was friendly, informative and well versed in the product. The staff in Johnson City kept us informed as to the process, procedure and schedule. The two person crew that came to install the windows were friendly, quick and considerate. I would highly recommend Champion windows to anyone looking to have windows installed.
