This branch is awful. The wrong window panels, 3 times!! Total lack of communication. We had to keep reaching out to them for follow-up. They lied to us, gave us attitude, and refused to escalate the problem after several attempts at resolution. The product is good, if you can get them to send you the right parts. 5 months later and still not everything is resolved. Can honestly say this has been the worst experience I have ever had from a supposedly "reputable company."

I absolutely would not recommend Champion of Johnson City TN to anyone. The workmanship of the installation of the windows (we replaced EVERY window in our home so this was not an overnight and cheap job) was less than acceptable. Had to have the crew back out on 3-4 different occasions to "fix" their poor work, clean up after the job, and just attempt to correct the comedy of errors that took place. When I talked to them about the sliding door being hard to move, they told me it was the nature of the door and I don't agree with that.
