Do your homework and research reviews. sales people can be pushy, changes will be made without your knowledge or consent on the contract. if you cancel anything on the contract they will make you feel guilty for doing such. If you have a good quality electrician you know. I would hire him and not trust any electrician they send out.

I feel I was very mislead regarding the 2 sliding glass doors I purchased from Champion. I'd had Anderson sliding glass doors for 38 years and had been very satisfied with them. I was told by the Champion salesman that the doors I ordered would basically "fit right in" the space once the old doors were removed. They did not. The installer had to fill in the door openings with boards, and spray foam insulation. There were places at the top of the doors in which there were probably 5 to 6 inches or more where you could see out... read more

We were led to believe there would be a crew to install our windows and there was just one installer. It took him two days. I think it would've been better if they sent out a crew to do it in one day. The salesman implied there would be a crew.

When the salesman came out to sell me the windows, my previous windows had balances and blinds up while they were here. The new windows are great, but they forgot to tell me that I wouldn't be able to use my custom made blinds. The windows I previously had didn't come as far in as these do. I couldn't use the blinds and balances. I had to order new custom blinds after installation. I was given a 4-6 week window. It took three months for the job to be completed.

Installation & electrical crews were great, both are contractors who done excellent work. Johnson City office lacks a great deal in customer service. You have to pull teeth to get an answer from them & there will be an excuse waiting followed by an apology. Since the room has been completed-no one from local office has checked to see if I'm happy with my room. The room is up, they have my money so they are finished with me. Customer service-I don't think so!!!!
