We had a great experience with Champion Windows. The product is great, and we feel like we got the best product out there. We will be calling Mike and his team when we do the second half of our home.
I feel that Champion Windows' staff is professional, friendly, and courteous. I do believe the installation could have been done more professionally and therefore insuring a non-leaky window. The installers had to come back out to complete installation on the windows.
The father/son installation team did a great job and were really efficient, taking less than four hours to complete the entire installation. Both were professional and answered any questions I had during the process. Highly recommended for future work.
If I have anymore projects I would like to use Champion Windows again. I would recommend them to anyone and was very happy with the work.
We were very satisfied with Champion. They were professional and the workmanship was outstanding. The head of the construction crew was great. They were courteous and got right to work. The quality of workmanship is a TEN!
A few years ago we had Champion install windows in our house and we were thrilled with the service we received then. When I discovered that they were in charge of installing timber-stack siding, we decided to call them back to do the siding installation. We were hoping to improve the look of our house and certainly fill in some of the holes that had been caused by damage over the years, and the results were ten times better than we could have expected!
At first I was a little skeptical of the product and the price, but after going through the entire process and having the end product on my home, all I can say is WOW!!! We are so pleased with the product and craftsmanship of the work-crew. I will highly recommend them to anyone, they really take care of you. After our work was done a person moving a refrigerator out of my home dented and scratched the siding. Champion took care of me helping me find the best solution for the situation. Thank you Champion and your staff!
The windows were of high quality. They've gone through the test of time with summer and winter. The install was clean and fast. They kept their promises and you can't ask for much more from a window company.
The staff, from the sales persona to the installers, were very professional. They were very honest and I felt safe to leave then unattended. The windows made a huge difference in the noise of wind and seem to work well for thermal insulation. The windows are beautiful and I would certainly recommend them.
