I would do it again. I loved their speedy responses. I loved the overall experience with Champion Windows. The little problems we came across were nothing compared to the customer service I received. Their sign doesn't advertise roofing but Champion Windows does roofs.
I love being able to actually use the windows in my dining area! The original ones were for looks only. Now, I can enjoy opening the windows and letting the attic fan keep things comfortable. They make it easy for me to get more enjoyment from my home. Becky R.
They did what they were susposed to do in a timely fashon. They were courteous and professional in their manner. They acquiesced to my suggestions when installing the doors. I was satisfied with the installation.
I think that Danny Blevin's salesmanship was great. He was very knowledgeable of the product, and he sold me on the particular window I chose to have installed. Even though Champion Windows of Kansas City was not the lowest estimate I received, I decided to go with them anyway. I was not very pleased with the installation crew, though. I have used Champion Windows for a very long time. They provided me with over 20 windows that look great and they built my sunroom and installed windows in there as well, which was what got me interested in the siding that I now have. Next I am going to have them do my roof. I am happy overall and the way they have my house looking now is just great.
Excellent sales rep who carefully quoted the job and explained everything to me. Work was started in a timely manner and was finished in a timely manner as well. The installation crew was very polite, pleasant and skilled. All the work was done to my complete satisfaction.
