Champion was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. They may have over estimated the magnitude of the job, but did a fantastic job of satisfying the customer's need.
Everyone we worked with from Champion did a great job. The crew was exceptional and the whole process went smoothly without any hang ups. We are very happy with the quality of the windows. They have greatly enhanced the aesthetic quality of our home.

Our windows were to be installed on a Wednesday, but received a phone call on Wednesday morning stating the installation crew were unable to make the appointment and it was rescheduled for Thursday. The installation crew showed up an hour later than scheduled. Despite the tardiness, the windows are excellent. We have noticed a significant difference in our utilities!
