First off, our crew, Elijah and Ben were the absolute BEST. And if I were rating just them it would be a 5. But even with supply chain issues due to the pandemic, it took 8 mos for our sunroom to be installed. We understood that things would be delayed but the lack of communication from Champion itself is what would give our rating of one star
It was difficult to get some feedback about a question I had.
I would have to really think about it just for the fact that no one has bothered to contact me about the insulting remarks the first installation crew called my husband spend over 9000 to be insulted by aggornate people and champion don't care so I wouldn't take a chance on recommend CHAMPION and them get the same crew
