First off, our crew, Elijah and Ben were the absolute BEST. And if I were rating just them it would be a 5. But even with supply chain issues due to the pandemic, it took 8 mos for our sunroom to be installed. We understood that things would be delayed but the lack of communication from Champion itself is what would give our rating of one star
