I would recommend your products highly,matter of fact i do all the time.
We ordered our windows the first of September, and we got them 2 weeks ago. There were issues with the sealers in between the windows, and they are going to fix that, and we will see. We didn't get what we were shown. They are using the fiber instead of the wool now. I think everyone is cutting corners and hoping no one will notice. They are going to send another person out here to fix that, but my question is if you're going to tell someone you're going to fix it, you should do what you say you're going to do. The service was very good, and communication was good through the phone and text from automated messages, but there has been damage with installation. We are having a hard time contacting them, and we have to keep requesting info.
