Anytime you call, they answer the phone and give you updates about your door and when it will be ready. The communication was good. When I got my door, the quality was good. I like my door. The price is a little high, but it is worth it.
They did an excellent job. I was very pleased.
So far the product we have received has been great... but I am not impressed with the customer service we have received.
They've only just put it in. I have not used them yet. They look pretty. My only complaint is why'd they pour so much? I thought it was buy two get one. With the financing, I figured I'm paying $1,000 a window.
