I originally would have given a star rating of five, but I've referred two people already and never received the referral money for either of the referrals. I have not heard anything from Champion Windows of Lexington about it either.
I do recommend Champion Windows to a friend. I told friends how much I like them. I'm very happy with them.
We ordered our windows in May and never heard anything until I called in September regarding installation. The day of installation one of the doorknobs was not sent and a piece was missing to one of our storm doors. Installer was scheduled to return on Oct. 11th to finish. Never showed up. Never called. I finally called this past week and have set up a date for November to finish. We'll see if installation is complete at that time or not.
The products are fine. The customer service was not worth the time and effort.
