We ordered our windows in May and never heard anything until I called in September regarding installation. The day of installation one of the doorknobs was not sent and a piece was missing to one of our storm doors. Installer was scheduled to return on Oct. 11th to finish. Never showed up. Never called. I finally called this past week and have set up a date for November to finish. We'll see if installation is complete at that time or not.
The products are fine. The customer service was not worth the time and effort.
Quality of our sun room is excellent. It looks as though it was originally built with our house. We will enjoy the space tremendously. Our installers, Barry, Jason, & Devin were very knowledgeable and professional.
The sales rep was great, but the windows were measured incorrectly the first time. The windows came, but they were the wrong size. They re-measured the windows and ordered the correct size the second time.
