The windows are great and the installation went well. The only criticism I have is the lack of communication. When I had questions, I found it difficult to get a human on the phone. Repeatedly I just reached a recording from the CEO

They were very professional, and were very kind. Overall they did a wonderful job.
I am disappointed. The sales person told me the windows would pivot inward, and that was not true. When the installers removed the old windows, they damaged the window seals. They said the would repair them, but they didn't. They cut some of my bushes without asking me. So now, there are two huge chunks missing in the bushes.
