They have been excellent with us.
The six new windows and one new door are a noticeable improvement and are already making a significant impact on our energy bill. The work was completed in one [long] day despite the challenge of our ~50-yr old sliding glass patio door. The only hiccup was the window screens with installation still pending due to Covid supply chain issues. Overall we're very pleased with the project. :-)
All of the work completed so far has been good. I'm still waiting on my new doors.
