We were thoroughly impressed with all personnel, but especially the installation crew. Al was excellent and was able to made some minor modifications on site that was needed, he just did an outstanding job.
Everyone was outstanding except the office staff. She was very friendly and polite but would not return phone called. Left 5 messages and never returned them. Finally got through when Atlanta office transferred me to her. Installation crew was outstanding and communicated very well!
I love my new windows. They change in style makes the rooms look updated and lets in a lot more light. Very satisfied.
