Just really impressed with the whole process from the salesman to the installers.
I love my Champion windows. However, it took the crew three visits to finally get my French doors installed correctly. And it was usually impossible to reach them on Fridays, as no one ever answered the phone during normal business hours on that day.
I am totally satisfied and happy with the work and the windows and everything.
I think they should be professional enough to call me back if I have a problem.
