The quote was for $16000. I had received similar quotes from other companies. I haven?t got the time to get the job done. They had fair price and good products. They were prompt and they were in and out on time. They answered all my questions really well. It was a nice experience. I am yet to make up my mind regarding which company I will be using for the job. I will consider them in the future.

From the start, everything worked flawlessly. The branch manager, Chris Wagner, came by to remeasure the windows. He was extremely pleasant and personable. The windows were constructed within the timeframe promised, and were actually installed a bit ahead of schedule. The two technicians on site were exceptional. In general, we were pleased with the job. The windows took longer to be manufactured at the factory than we were originally led to believe. However, once they were received, they were promptly installed. The crew showed up when they said they would (actually, they were early), and completed the job in less time then they had told us. This is our first summer with the windows, and we're still quite happy.

The process was very pleasant. We visited their showroom and they showed us their windows and what made them better than the rest. We ordered the windows and they arrived a few weeks later. They came to install the windows right on time and did a great job. The only complaint I had was that they moved a bunch of yard furniture at the beginning of the job and never bothered to put it back when they were done. I would definitely use this company again.

Window and door installation was done well however the windows were measured incorrectly and after 5 months we are still trying to get an issue resolved. In Champions defense they are reordering the windows and making an effort to fix the issue.

We were very pleased with the whole process. From the time that we walked into the showroom with our window dimensions until the time our windows were actually installed in our home, the company was very pleasant to deal with. The representative that we worked with was very knowledgeable and the installation manager, Eric, was prompt when he came to the house to look over the job. Top notch company. 6 months later still havent fixed my door. The communication is terrible and no end in site to get it fixed properly. They dont respond when asked when itll arrive and each department gives you the run around.

Allen out of Topeka should not be trusted. He lacks accountability for his actions and he doesnt seem to mind blaming customers for his short falls. It should never take 6 months to get a door in. Then Mike his manager doesnt seem to want to be bothered to listen to what happened as its a "waste of my time" We were a valued customer for many years to now be treated like this. The Kansas team does care except for Della. She is the only one who tries to get things fixed. So disappointing.

Haven't started yet. Its been awhile since materials were ordered. I know it's not their fault for shipping due to area circumstances but should have started by now. I get biweekly updates from the sales rep. He is good. Not sure about PM and workers. Taking way too long. I was afraid of this happening.
