Never did the gutters and siding. I signed a contract and they asked for thousands of dollars more because they made a mistake. I said no. Discovered that they did not price everything I asked. Fired them off the gutter/siding job. Door project took over six months to complete. Supposed to be all white except the door. They created the frame in all white except two pieces that are tan. Work have not been done because Jay Tarvin lied on the contract with champion that we agreed to and will not return my phone calls. Jay would not give me my contract until the three day cancellation date had ended.

Removed bathroom vents from soft-fit refused to reinstall until I told them I was going to back charge for me to reinstall. Removed electrical junction boxes for flood lights did not reinstall they threw the boxes away I had to go buy boxes and reinstall.

The price that they gave us was really high. They guy showed up early even if we talked about the time very specifically and he stayed too long. He said it was going be like a half an hour and he was here for like an hour and a half. It was kind of a very hard cell kind of situation and our kids were going crazy. It's felt like not a good experience at all and then we got several follow-up phone calls even if we told them that we didn't pursue on using their service.

Based solely on the positive reviews on Angie's list, we went with Champion Windows. The cost was fairly high, $1400, but they assure us it's a once in a lifetime door and will never need to be replaced. The salesperson is Tom and he came out both time punctually. It takes six weeksfor the door to be ordered and installed, so I will update at that time. My only concern is when we saw the price, over $1400, I asked several times, "That's everything, there are no additional costs?" And I was assured that was the case. But when... read more

<p>That didn?t go too well so I wouldn?t use them again. They didn?t finish up the job until it was winter time and the doors didn?t fit properly and they left gaping holes. It looked like a do-it-yourself sort of job. They finally put trim around the front of the door, they adjusted the sides so there wouldn?t be a lot of space on the inside, and they had to refinish the door jamb. I would never use them again. We have another house and my son lives there and he was the one gathering the quotes. They were not ready to go out there without us being there and we were 100 miles away. We told them that we were not going to come out there to hear a pitch and they hung up on me. I will never call them back for anything. They were rude and definitely inflexible.
