Champion Windows are too expensive compared to their competitors. I should have gotten other estimates before signing an agreement with Champion. I totally regret purchasing from Champion.
We knew that the wait for the windows would be long but the local office would not return calls to let us know timing. The National number would kick me off the line after 20 minutes. When we got the windows 7 months later one was the wrong type of glass.
They lied to us to many times about when the window's were. They said they will delivered to them June 28th, never happened. Horrible about returning calls. The window installers were great, they get 5 stars
Before this past year, I would have recommended Champion Windows, but after my last experience, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I haven't gotten my screens in.
I would recommend Champion Windows of Memphis if they had the same installation crew I had!
