Champion is not transparent with its a customer it took 8 months from contract to date to install and still having issues
The communication process has not been updated or followed through. Champion issues a lot of promises they cannot stick to. Customer service is poor, and I would not recommend them to anyone.
Installers were inexperienced and did not complete the work of sealing the windows. So I had to go and purchase additional exterior sealant to ensure my house will not have water damage. It was an additional 8 hours for me to find the sealant and complete the work.
I think because of COVID-19 we had a lot of issues. I have used them before and was happy with them but this time we had a lot of issues. I did get the end result I wanted, but it just took a long time.
