The sales experience was good and the installation was good; however, it taking almost 7 months to get my windows (and most of that time not knowing what was going on) was not good.
They just didn’t live up to what was expected.We thought they would live up to the name. Very disappointed
I'm not sure what happened to our order but two weeks after the delivery date we were told something had happened and the order had to be resubmitted. It took way too long to get the windows. Les Hoyle came out to remeasure and he was great. Couldn't ask for anyone better. After the windows finally came in, some of his workers came to install the windows and they were excellent. They don't respond, sorry workmanship and I would not recommend Champion Windows Of Memphis to anyone.
They came out and tore out all the mortar from around a window. They said they would come back out and fix it and they did not.
