Working with Champion was LONG process. I ordered my windows in July from Ian, and was told by the install professional that the window we ordered for the basement broke a fire code. I wasn't too upset, rather pleased it was caught before anything was done--at this time, we re-measured the windows again and I actually included another window because I was pleased with how they responded. We caught them at the wrong time, massive transitions going on. Seemed to be problems when he wrote on window form instead of door form. I was called 2-3 weeks longer than expected to redo the contract. My wife was here for the installation of the screen door which they said was faulty. About 4 months went by and I was contacted that we hadn't paid the balance. I thought they had taken the balance. They came back to do the screen door. Came over and I am happy with the product, warrantees. previous experience with Champion.
