We caught them at the wrong time, massive transitions going on. Seemed to be problems when he wrote on window form instead of door form. I was called 2-3 weeks longer than expected to redo the contract. My wife was here for the installation of the screen door which they said was faulty. About 4 months went by and I was contacted that we hadn't paid the balance. I thought they had taken the balance. They came back to do the screen door. Came over and I am happy with the product, warrantees. previous experience with Champion.
Working with Champion was LONG process. I ordered my windows in July from Ian, and was told by the install professional that the window we ordered for the basement broke a fire code. I wasn't too upset, rather pleased it was caught before anything was done--at this time, we re-measured the windows again and I actually included another window because I was pleased with how they responded.
