Customer service was a plus !
Installation team was amazing, the one issue was addressed promptly and a temporary fix was done, customer service was good, windows look and work so much better
They have terrible customer service and do not return calls...that is, if you can even find a phone number to talk to a real person at the company. They do not follow through on delivery dates or promises. HOrRIBLE experience with this company!!!
All went very smooth and everyone was amazing to work with.
The whole goal of changing our patio door was to expand the opening to enjoy the backyard view, upgrade energy efficiency and increase security through the locking mechanism. We thought we were sold what we wanted but found out at installation that the patio door was not as expected. It wasn't the installation crew's fault as they were installing what was provided to them.
