The installation has been fraught with errors. First day of implementation was canceled by Champion at the last minute (the day of installation) and rescheduled for a later day. Installer was late on the rescheduled day and was not able to complete the installation with the planned period of 2 days. Installer came back the next week and discovered he did not have all the pieces needed to complete the installation. The piece had to be ordered and is now under a 7 to 10 day delay. Great salesperson. Shorter than expected wait time. Good installers. Product seems to be excellent quality.
If you just need new windows and you're not detail-oriented Champion is probably fine.
I would recommend Champion Windows. They had a couple of problems with installation and resolved them quickly. All companies can make a mistake but how they respond is the measure to me.
