I found that Cheri and her complete staff did a wonderful job. They knew what they were doing and if I had any questions they answered me truthfully. There was no pressure to buy the product. The installers did a professional job and knew what it was that they were doing. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
We were very satisfied with their ability to describe their product and point out the advantages of that product over others. The work crew was extremely prompt and tidy and their customer service was top notch.
Cheri did an outstanding job showing what products they had and the quality of each product. If I had any questions, she was able to answer them. She stopped by a few times to check that I was satisfied while the job was being done. It was a good experience. There is no high pressure or anything like that with Champion Windows of Omaha.
I enjoyed the installation. It was good work. They were fast and clean and all the workers were courteous. I think that they put out a good product.

We had Champion Windows come in as a contractor to estimate our replacements. We saw the advertisement on TV and called them. Geoff came out and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was not high pressure by any means and was very helpful. When the crew arrived, they were very efficient and courteous. Also extremely neat and professional in their work. They did a complete and great job on the windows, siding, and the deck. It was done in a timely manner and they did a great job.
I'm not satisfied with the time it has taken to complete my patio room. They did let me know last week that they would come out as soon as the part came in, but I haven't heard anything about when the part is coming for sure. Until they are finished, it is hard for me to answer how I like it.
