I really like the Champion product. The roof is really nice, and it doesn't leak. Champion Windows of Omaha is very thorough, and address all problems.

Champion Windows was quick in response to my request for information. They promptly scheduled a meeting with me. I changed my original order with no problem upgrading to a better window. They advised me of the waiting time, which was completely accurate. When they came and installed, they came exactly on time. They completed the work in half a day. My utility bills are a lot less since I have installed those windows.

I found working with the Champion team to be very rewarding. They not only have great products, but they educate their customers on the importance of insulation and how their products work with the use of sun-simulating lights. They show you the value of the insulated glass, and of the silver in their product. They show you how the product achieves its value. The whole process was efficient, and people were friendly. They demonstrated that they care about your happiness and the insulation.

Brian was punctual for the first meeting at our house. He met with my wife because I was out of town. Due to our travel schedule he met us on the Friday after Thanksgiving even though the office was closed. He showed us everything we needed and we closed the deal on that day. Champion Windows did a great job with the present of materials and organizing the sale. They met the deadlines for building and delivery of my windows. The installer was organized and neat. He did the work in a timely manner without rushing and installed four great looking windows.

I think that from the beginning to the completion of the job the staff were always organized, helpful, and professional. The staff made sure to explain everything throughout the job to me and overall I was very happy with the outcome of the process.

They came and were really professional, he got the widow out and put the window in and did a really good job. We were impressed with the time factor because we asked how soon they could put them in and they were out here at 8 o'clock. Time will tell.
