It’s not that I’m disappointed with the product. I love our new patio door! It’s just that it’s So expensive! The friends I know can’t afford this. We really can’t either but we just splurged. Also we were kinda stuck. Not many companies make a patio slider with a doggie door in it. So we had very little choice but to go with champions. We are Very Thankful for our new door and to Champions for making this.

The new slider door is beautiful. However, I had a doggy door built in. It is the smallest one available. I have a small dog. After a day and a half of using it, my little guy could hardly walk and could not jump up onto the couch as he has always done. The doggy door is too heavy for him to push through and it hurts his back. Jenny was very kind and sympathetic when I called with my concerns. She reached out to her service department workers for ideas to fix the problem. However, nothing was suggested but a few not helpful ... read more
